Diamond in the rough! This place is amazing! It looks bad outside but the food is the bomb! The Almond chicken dish could feed a family 8!
I love this place. Kung Pao Chicken is delicious with flavorable brown sauce, vegetables and peanuts, as are Sweet and Sour Chicken ( thick high quality chicken, good quality breading and quality red sauce ) and fried rice has excellent flavor ( although perhaps not as much meat as my other favorite Chinese restaurant in Livingston County.). The interior is cute in my opinion and the family running it works SO hard and is quite lovely.
Saw the reviews on here and had to try it out. The outside is a little sketchy looking but the food is amazing. Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had and the price is unbeatable. The chicken isn't breaded in the chicken and broccoli which I really love and the portions are huge. I'll definitely be a regular here from now on!
We stopped in yesterday to order carry out and couldn't agree more with the positive reviews. The food was delicious and the family running it is lovely. The spring rolls were so incredibly delicious ( chewy good wraps with fresh, well-spiced meat inside) that we will go back today to get four more to add to last night's entre leftovers. The inside is cute! Clean and attractive. The issue you HAVE to get past is that the outer building is mostly windowless so it looks a lot like a wooden portable building which doesn't seem like a typical restaurant. Don't let that be a deterrent. Stop, open the door and see for yourself.
